They are drafts built from your rate card and your own recent quotes — you always review and approve before anything is sent.
Does it work over email too?
Yes. Customers can send photos on WhatsApp or by email — the flow is identical, and the quote comes back with an “Accept & book” button.
What if the customer doesn’t reply?
Semplo sends a couple of friendly reminders, then lets the quote expire if it goes cold — so nothing slips through and you never have to chase.
Can I see how my quotes are performing?
Yes — the Insights view shows your win rate by job type and flags where you may be under- or over-priced.
