Do I need a card reader?
No. Your phone or tablet is the till. Customers pay by scanning a QR or tapping a WhatsApp link — nothing to buy or plug in. (Tap-to-Pay on the merchant phone is on the roadmap.)
What does it cost per transaction?
Your plan price covers the software. When you collect a payment through Semplo, a 1% Semplo fee applies plus your card processor’s fee (Stripe, typically about 1.5% + a small fixed fee). Cash sales are free.
Does it connect to the rest of my dashboard?
Yes. A sale can settle a booking, a quote, or an existing order; it decrements stock, updates the customer, and shows in your daily takings and analytics.
